Fun pack 14 - "giant hog fennel" programme
Day 1.
We arrive at our accommodation for the following day in the afternoon where the unrivalled Podravina and the beautiful Slavonia blend with each other while the Zlatni Klas emanates an inimitable atmosphere. Our thematic programme in our accommodation combines traditional elements with modern ones. Then we go sightseeing in Pitomaca followed by dinner in our accommodation where solely local produce is used as ingredientse.
Day 2.
After breakfast we go sightseeing in Virovitica: Dvorac Castle, Cvjetni Park, and Town Museum. Lunch is served at Hotel Sulentic offering dishes of homemade character. It provides Croatian gastronomic delights. Sightseeing in the afternoon in Barcs: Drava Public Interest Exhibition Hall, Drava Promenade, Free Public Beach, and Port. Dinner is served in our accommodation.
Day 3.
After breakfast we head off to Csurgó where we find out more about the town: Town Museum, Festetics Gate, Meller Castle. Lunch in the second oldest building in the town, in Restaurant Fehér Ló (white horse) offering traditional programmes. We set off for Nagyatád in the afternoon where the organisers recommend sightseeing as an optional programme: Merengő Riding Stables, Thermal bath, Tourist Centre. Dinner is served in our accommodation in Croatia.
