Fun pack 6 - "Coal tit" programme
Day 1.
We start our journey in Kapronca mounting our bikes at BicKo Sustav and we don’t part with them for three days. We cycle 52.1 kilometres to reach our destination, Lake Kotró, in Gyékényes, Hungary. It’s possible to stop to have a cup of coffee, a chat or a rest anywhere and anytime while enjoying the fresh air and discovering the unspoilt natural environment. We arrive at our accommodation, Blue Lake Camping Site and Restaurant, at 17.00. An enormous landscaped green lawn provides plots with power supply for tents, caravans, motorhomes and squirrel burrows. Dinner is served in Restaurant Poseidon offering excellent international and national dishes.
Day 2.
After breakfast in Restaurant Rózsa, which belongs to the camping site, we mount our bikes again and head off to Virovitica in Croatia, 80 kilometres away. Cycling through the protected areas of the Danube-Drava National Park, we can enjoy the view of the unique landscape. Crossing the Drava we can spot the similarities and differences of the two countries. Our dinner is served in our accommodation at Hotel Šulentić in the greenery, near Bilogora Hills. Anyone having enough energy left can play a game of tennis on the court of the hotel.
Day 3.
After breakfast we get back on our bikes again to cycle 63.5 kilometres, heading off to where we started, in Kapronca, to return the bicycles.
